DIKHAN: In the Sarvekai area of South Waziristan, local brigade commanders of FC South held a jirga with local traders and shopkeepers in which the overall security situation of the area and issues related to mutual cooperation were discussed. During the jirga, the process of reviewing markets and business activities was also discussed to ensure prevention of any suspicious activity or possible facilitation to negative elements. The participants expressed their determination to continue cooperation with security agencies to maintain law and order, while the authorities urged local traders to provide immediate information about any suspicious activity to the relevant agencies.
