PESHAWAR: A three-member delegation led by Rahimullah Khan, Regional Director Khyber Pakhtunkhwa of Muslim Hands, called on Faisal Karim Kundi at the Governor House in Peshawar. During the meeting, the delegation briefed the Governor on the ongoing “English and Digital for Girls Education” project being implemented across the province. The delegation informed that under the initiative, girls aged 13 to 19 have been provided training in English language, digital skills, and social development to equip them with the knowledge and competencies required to meet modern-day challenges. According to the delegation, more than 1,500 girls from five districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have benefited from the project so far. The initiative aims to empower young girls through education, digital literacy, and enhanced opportunities for personal and professional growth. Kundi appreciated the efforts of Muslim Hands and emphasized that promoting girls’ education and digital skills is the need of the hour. He stressed the importance of expanding the project to more districts across the province so that a larger number of female students can benefit from it. During the meeting, the delegation also invited Governor Faisal Karim Kundi to attend the project’s closing ceremony as the Chief Guest.
