Certificates distributed under NCHD’s EOTO Program held at WUM

MARDAN: The National Commission for Human Development (NCHD), under its Education Emergency initiative and in accordance with the directives of the Higher Education Commission (HEC), organized a certificate distribution ceremony at Women University Mardan to mark the successful completion of the first batch of the Each One Teach One (EOTO) Program. The event was jointly organized by the ORIC Department of Women University Mardan and NCHD. The Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof. Dr. Razia Sultana, attended as the chief guest. The ceremony was also attended by Director ORIC Ms. Haleema Ikram, EOTO Focal Person Dr. Nilofer Ikram, faculty members, and students. Speaking on the occasion, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Razia Sultana appreciated the efforts of NCHD and the volunteer teachers, emphasizing that women’s education and literacy are vital for national development. She assured full support for the next phase of the EOTO Program and announced that trained students would be engaged as master trainers in other departments and affiliated colleges. The NCHD delegation, including Deputy Director Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shams Khan, Deputy Director Mardan Lal Muhammad Khan Toro, Dr. Muhammad Ali, Muhammad Ayaz, and Abid Ali Hoti, also attended the ceremony. They commended the collective efforts of the university administration, students, and the Vice Chancellor in ensuring the success of the program. At the conclusion of the event, certificates of appreciation were awarded to students and focal persons who played a significant role in the successful implementation of the EOTO Program.
