Haq Khatteb Hussain Honored with Gold Medal for Services to Khatam-e-Nabuwwat

ISLAMABAD: In recognition of his longstanding dedication and services to the cause of Khatam-e-Nabuwwat, Haq Khatteb Hussain has been awarded a gold medal by the President of the National Press Club Pakistan,Shakeel Qarar.

Haq Khatteb Hussain has organized thousands of Khatam-e-Nabuwwat conferences across Pakistan and abroad, including in the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Canada. His efforts have focused on promoting the message of Khatam-e-Nabuwwat, fostering religious awareness, and encouraging interfaith engagement.

Among his notable initiatives was the introduction of the International Khatam-e-Nabuwwat Night, observed annually on December 31 as an alternative religious gathering. He also organized what was described as the first International Khatam-e-Nabuwwat Conference in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, in July 2023, as well as conferences and Mehfil-e-Milad events in Sharjah and Oman.

On the national level, he has conducted numerous conferences in major cities across Pakistan and has actively participated in campaigns concerning issues related to Namoos-e-Risalat and Khatam-e-Nabuwwat. He is also credited with organizing large religious rallies aimed at promoting the teachings and message of the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

Speakers at various events have acknowledged his role in raising awareness about Islam, promoting religious harmony, and speaking against Islamophobia at international forums. His supporters regard his contributions as significant in advancing religious education and public outreach.

Presenting the award, Mr. Shakeel Qarar praised Haq Khatteb Hussain’s commitment and services, describing them as a valuable contribution to religious and social causes.

The ceremony concluded with prayers for his continued success and for the promotion of peace, unity, and religious understanding.
