SHABQADAR : A significant development has emerged in the murder case of a young man, Shah Zeb, who was allegedly killed after refusing to make a TikTok video in Shabqadar. The court rejected the interim bail plea of the nominated suspect, Mujeeb Ullah, and ordered his immediate arrest.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Irfan Ali heard the case. After hearing arguments from both sides, the court dismissed the suspect’s pre-arrest bail application.
According to the prosecution, Shah Zeb was murdered by the main accused, Wajid, after he refused to participate in a TikTok video. The incident occurred in Mandezai, within the jurisdiction of Batagram Police Station in Tehsil Shabqadar. The prosecution informed the court that Mujeeb Ullah is directly accused of facilitating the murder and that evidence regarding his role has surfaced during the investigation.
Following the rejection of his bail application, police took Mujeeb Ullah into custody from the courtroom. Authorities said further investigation and legal proceedings in the case are continuing.
