CDA Launches Staff Training to Improve Public Services

ISLAMABAD: In line with the vision of CDA Chairman and Chief Commissioner Lieutenant Sohail Ashraf, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has launched a special training programme to enhance the performance and professional capacity of its employees.

The five-day training, being held from July 6 to 10 at the Jinnah Convention Centre, includes recently promoted Sub Assistants. The programme aims to improve public service delivery, urban cleanliness and beautification, digitalization, and overall institutional efficiency.

Officials said the training workshops will strengthen communication, teamwork, and professional skills among employees while promoting a more citizen-centric approach. The initiative reflects CDA’s commitment to transforming Islamabad into a modern, clean, and efficiently managed capital city.
