PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly unanimously approved a resolution to provide regular financial support to the Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Branch in recognition of its humanitarian services.
Under the resolution, each MPA will contribute Rs1,000 per month from their salary, while Assembly Secretariat employees will donate Rs100 per month to PRCS KP.
The resolution was presented by PPP Parliamentary Leader Ahmad Kundi on the directives of Speaker Babar Saleem Swati and received unanimous support from the House.
PRCS KP Chairman Farzand Ali Wazir thanked the Speaker, Ahmad Kundi, and all MPAs for their support, saying the decision would strengthen the organization’s humanitarian mission across the province.
