Swat Police continues snap checking and mob patrolling to maintain public safety

SWAT: In accordance with the orders of Regional Police Officer Malakand, Sher Akbar, and DPO Swat, Muhammad Umar Khan, the Swat Police is actively engaged in maintaining law and order in the district. To combat anti-social elements and other criminals, checkpoints, snap checks, foot patrols, and mobile patrolling have been organized in the areas of Shakardara, Mata, Gwaliri, Chaprial, and Kalakot under the supervision of the relevant SHOs.

During this operation, checkpoints were established at various locations, resulting in the checking of over 250 vehicles and more than 200 motorcycles. Additionally, police personnel conducted foot patrols and mobile patrolling in different areas, during which over 350 suspicious individuals were checked.

The purpose of the checkpoints and snap checks is to ensure a secure environment, closely monitor the movement of criminals and anti-social elements, and implement effective measures to prevent crime.

According to the orders of DPO Swat Muhammad Umar Khan, the series of checkpoints, snap checks, foot patrols, and mobile patrolling will continue in the future to further stabilize and ensure public safety.
