PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Full Contact Karate Association organized a Junior Belt Test at the headquarters of Government TVC, Gulbahar, Peshawar, in which male and female junior players from White Belt to Yellow Belt participated enthusiastically.
Among the successful female players, Horeen Aftab secured first position, Neha Asrar second, and Khakla Sherani third.
In the boys’ category, Syed Musa Shah stood first, Roman Khan second, and Fawad Ali third.
Other successful players from White to Red Belt included Muhammad Ibrahim, Muhammad Safi, Muhammad Kamran, Muhammad Rofail, Abdul Rafi, Hanan Hassan, Sinan Hussain, Zoha Amjad and Anabia Rizwan. Muhammad Hasnain qualified for the Red to Blue Belt, while Noor-e-Islam of Charsadda successfully qualified for the Blue to Yellow Belt.
International Karate Referee and President of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Full Contact Karate Association, Shihan Sahibzada Al-Hadi, congratulated all the successful players. He said the belt test was conducted according to the syllabus of the World Karate Organization, Japan.
He said such tests help improve the technical skills, discipline and overall standard of young karate players.
