PESHAWAR: Director General NIPA/PARD/PPSA Captain (Retd) Usman Gul emphasized that public servants must utilize their professional skills to serve the people with integrity, dedication, and sincerity. He expressed these views while addressing as Chief Guest at the graduation ceremony of the 38th Senior Management Course and 44th Domain Specific MCMC, held at the NIPA Campus, Peshawar.
In his remarks, the Director General said that civil servants are the backbone of national development, and it is crucial for them to play a leading role in decision-making, public service delivery, and institutional strengthening. He added that the primary aim of such training programs is to enhance officers’ administrative competence, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
Captain (Retd) Usman Gul congratulated the participants and expressed confidence that they would apply their learning and experience to promote good governance and improve public service standards in their respective departments.
During the ceremony, Chief Instructor Senior Management Course Mr. Tariq Bakhtiar and Chief Instructor Domain Specific MCMC Mr. Taj Hameed presented detailed reports on their respective programs. The event concluded with the distribution of course completion certificates among the graduating officers.
