Dera Ismail Khan: With the special efforts of former Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sardar Ali Amin Khan Gandapur, the All Dera Ismail Khan Snooker Tournament is set to commence soon in the city. The tournament is being organized by the District Sports Office Dera at The Legend Snooker Club near Tank Adda.
The primary objective of the tournament is to promote healthy sporting activities and provide a constructive environment for the youth of the region. A large number of local players have already submitted their entries, showing keen interest and enthusiasm for the competition.
The successful organization of the event has been made possible through the support and contributions of former Chief Minister Sardar Ali Amin Khan Gandapur, PTI Member of National Assembly Faisal Amin Khan Gandapur, City Mayor Dera Sardar Umar Amin Khan Gandapur, Deputy Commissioner Dera Abdul Nasir Khan, Focal Person to Ali Amin Gandapur Nawaz Khan, Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Dera Engineer Zeeshan Khan Gandapur, and District Sports Officer Razaullah Bettani.
The tournament carries attractive cash prizes:
•Best Break: Rs. 15,000
•Semi-Finalist Prize: Rs. 20,000
•Runner-Up Prize: Rs. 50,000
•Winner Prize: Rs. 100,000
The event is expected to attract significant public interest and further strengthen sports culture in Dera Ismail Khan.
