Amir Muqam Thanks Haripur Voters, Condemns Peshawar Incident in Victory Address

Haripur — Federal Minister and President of PML-N Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Engineer Amir Muqam, while speaking on the occasion of his election victory, strongly condemned the tragic incident that took place in Peshawar today. He prayed for the elevation of the martyrs and the swift recovery of the injured.

Addressing the gathering, he said that a “factory of lies” is active in the country and that the time has come to expose the propaganda being spread. He thanked Allah Almighty and the people of Haripur for their trust, saying the public had rejected the opponents and once again proven that Haripur is the fortress of the PML-N.

Amir Muqam conveyed congratulations on behalf of Quaid Nawaz Sharif, Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, and Chief Organizer Maryam Nawaz Sharif, stating that “you have created history.” He also congratulated Sardar Mushtaq, Pir Sabir Shah, and the entire organizational team on their remarkable victory.

He paid tribute to the efforts of Captain (R) Safdar, praising his tireless hard work. The Federal Minister also expressed gratitude to the party’s provincial general secretary Murtaza Javed Abbasi and all PML-N wings.

Speaking about the newly elected MNA Babar Nawaz Khan, he commended his dedication and door-to-door campaign, saying he successfully conveyed the message of Nawaz Sharif. “The courage and passion of the people were commendable,” he added.

Amir Muqam said he came to greet the people of Haripur, who have sent a clear message to the entire Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that the people are ready to stand with the lion. “The people now know the truth. The promises made by Babar Nawaz Khan will be fulfilled, and we will not disappoint the people of Haripur,” he said.

He thanked the social media teams and workers, stressing that nations are not built on allegations. “Be realistic and avoid unjustified criticism of institutions. A lie is always a lie, and the truth remains in its place.”

He said that Field Marshal Hafiz Syed Asim Munir defeated India, and under the leadership of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Pakistan is moving toward progress. Pakistan’s global standing is improving, and overseas Pakistanis are sending record remittances.

“Our unity and confidence will defeat our opponents,” he remarked. “The problems of Haripur are our own, and we will solve them.”

On this occasion, newly elected MNA Babar Nawaz Khan and other leaders also addressed the gathering, expressing gratitude to all party leaders and workers, including the Federal Minister.
