Peshawar: In the Third Army Chief Inter-Club Hockey Tournament, Bacha Khan White Hockey Club delivered an impressive performance by defeating Khadim Hockey Club to qualify for the final for the third consecutive time.
The match, played on the astroturf at Qazi Mohib Hockey Stadium, saw Bacha Khan White dominate from the start. In the second minute, Saadullah scored a brilliant field goal to give his team an early lead. In the 48th minute, Haris converted a penalty corner to double the advantage.
Khadim Hockey Club managed to score their only goal in the 50th minute but could not equalize. The match ended with a 2-1 victory for Bacha Khan White Hockey Club.
Bacha Khan White has been the champion in the previous two editions of the Army Chief Inter-Club Hockey Tournament in Bannu and now stands one step away from claiming the title for a third consecutive time. Hockey fans are anticipating an exciting and thrilling final.
