Peshawar: Zalmi and the Zalmi Foundation, with the support of Ufone 4G, UN Women, and the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, are holding Season Two of the Zalmi Women League in Peshawar.
After the great success of Season One, Season Two is now taking place in Peshawar. On the third day of the league at Hayatabad Sports Complex, three more matches were played.
In the first match, Peshawar Thunder Bolts defeated D.I. Khan by three wickets.
D.I. Khan batted first and scored 63 runs for five wickets in eight overs. Peshawar chased the target with seven wickets down.
In the second match, defeated Peshawar All Stars XI by nine wickets.
Hazara batted first and scored 43 runs for seven wickets. Peshawar chased the target with one wicket down.
In the third match, Malakand Strikers defeated Kohat by nine wickets.
Kohat made 29 runs for four wickets, and Malakand chased the target with one wicket down.
This year’s edition, with the vision *“From Dream to Reality,”* will be an important step for the promotion of women’s cricket.
