Islamabad – On December 19, the Embassy of Romania in Pakistan successfully concluded the Romanian Cultural Days with a special Christmas concert held at Saint Thomas Church in Islamabad. The event, which celebrated the spirit of the festive season, underscored the role of cultural diplomacy in fostering bilateral ties and people-to-people connections.
The evening featured a distinguished performance by renowned Romanian soprano Georgiana Costea-Glugă, accompanied by pianist Sheeza Maqsood. Their repertoire offered attendees a harmonious blend of traditional Romanian carols and globally recognized seasonal compositions, creating an atmosphere of shared cultural appreciation and festive goodwill.

The concert gathered members of the diplomatic corps, representatives of the Romanian community in Pakistan, local cultural enthusiasts, and friends of Romania.
