Buner: General Secretary of the Human Rights Council of Pakistan, Advocate Masooma Mir, visited various flood-affected areas of District Buner following the recent heavy rains and floods. During her visit, she held meetings with the district administration, Deputy Commissioner Buner, and representatives of various organizations involved in relief efforts.
Advocate Masooma Mir expressed heartfelt sympathy with the flood victims, conveying sorrow over the loss of precious lives and offering condolences to the bereaved families.
She directed the district administration to ensure effective monitoring of rehabilitation work in the affected areas and to provide all possible assistance to those impacted. She stated that the Human Rights Council of Pakistan stands with the victims in this difficult time and will take every possible measure for their recovery and rehabilitation.
Advocate Masooma Mir further stated that the Human Rights Council of Pakistan (HRCP) has also established relief camps for the flood-affected population, where families are being provided with food, medical aid, and other basic necessities.
