KARACHI: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Tennis Association has proudly announced an outstanding performance by its athletes at the 35th National Games Karachi 2025, securing three bronze medals across key categories.
The KP men’s tennis team clinched a bronze medal in the team event, while the KP women’s tennis team made history by winning a bronze medal in the team event for the first time.
In addition, the KP contingent added another medal to their tally as the pair of Saqib Hayat and Barkat Ullah earned a bronze medal in the men’s doubles event.
Tomorrow, KP’s top seed Barkat Ullah will face Aqeel Khan from WAPDA in the men’s singles semi-final, scheduled around 11:00 AM. The association is hopeful for another remarkable performance and wishes him the best.
The performance of the KP tennis teams has been exceptional, reflecting the hard work of players and the dedication of their coaches.
