PESHAWAR: Medical Director Dr. Muhammad Shah, along with heads of various departments, visited different sections of Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC), Peshawar to review patient care services and ensure the smooth functioning of hospital operations.
The visit covered key areas including the Accident & Emergency Department, Sehat Sahulat Facilitation Center, Dengue Isolation Ward, Private Rooms, A&E Pharmacy, and B-1 Pharmacy.
During the inspection, the Medical Director interacted with the staff, reviewed service delivery standards, and emphasized maintaining quality patient care, effective coordination, and cleanliness across all units. He appreciated the dedication and commitment of the management and staff for providing the best possible healthcare facilities to patients. He directed concerned departments to extend pharmacy outlet to private room , expedition of neurosurgery ward renovation and white wash in casualty .
MD and his team is comited to extend legacy of Dean Shehzad Akber sahb , continuation of good steps taken for patients facilitation by Dr Shahsawar ,together we can achieve high standards of patient care.
