ISLAMABAD: The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, has issued an official notification announcing the appointment of Mr. Muhammad Intikhab Khan Chamkani as Coordinator for the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development on an honorary basis, with immediate effect.
According to the notification, the appointment has been made with the approval of Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, Chaudhry Salik Hussain. The designation reflects the minister’s confidence in Intikhab Khan Chamkani’s capabilities, experience, and commitment to serving overseas Pakistanis and supporting the ministry’s mandate.
In his role as Coordinator, Muhammad Intikhab Khan Chamkani is expected to assist the ministry in matters related to overseas Pakistanis, human resource development initiatives, coordination with relevant stakeholders, and facilitation of policy objectives aimed at improving services and welfare mechanisms for Pakistanis living abroad.
The Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development plays a vital role in safeguarding the rights of overseas Pakistanis, enhancing employment opportunities, and strengthening human resource development frameworks at both national and international levels. The honorary appointment is intended to further enhance coordination and effectiveness in achieving these goals.
The notification has been issued under the authority of Chaudhry Salik Hussain, Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, and is effective from the date of issuance.
