VIENNA: A moment of pride for Pakistan as Mehwish Muhib Kakakhel, Advocate High Court, has been awarded a prestigious Certificate of Special Recognition by the Jury of the Justitia Awards 2025 and the Women in Law Initiative, Vienna, Austria.
Out of nominees from across the globe, only two women worldwide were selected for this special honor — one from Africa and the other being Mehwish Muhib Kakakhel, proudly representing Pakistan on the international legal stage.
She has been recognized for her trailblazing role as the first female partner of a law firm in Pakistan, her pioneering work in cybercrime law, and her unwavering commitment to empowering women in the legal profession.
In her words:
