JAMRUD The Pakhtunkhwa Strivers Empowerment (PSE) Organization, along with its dedicated team from Peshawar, visited District Khyber where a Talent Test was conducted by a local organization. The organizers collaborated with PSE to provide a committed team ,responsible for monitoring, guiding, and facilitating the students throughout the process, cash prizes for the position holder students, free forms for the deserving students, and sponsorship of student during their educational journey.
More than 700 students from District Khyber participated in the test—showcasing enthusiasm, discipline, and a passion for learning. The PSE team performed their duties with professionalism and integrity, ensuring the test was conducted smoothly and transparently.
Following the successful completion of the activity, the team was warmly received and accompanied by Frontier Corps (FC) North, who provided full security and exceptional hospitality throughout the visit.
The FC team guided us through some of Khyber’s most historically significant sites, turning the visit into a memorable educational experience.
Our journey began at the Ali Masjid Fort, where Captain Rubas briefed us on the fort’s rich history, its restoration, and its strategic importance. Through an exclusive documentary presentation, we gained deep insight into the cultural and historical significance of this landmark.
The next stop was the majestic Michany Fort, offering a breathtaking view of the Torkham–Afghan border. The team explored the fort, its museum, and its preserved artifacts—each reflecting the strength and legacy of the region.
We then visited the historic Khyber Rails (KR), where the team explored the railway museum, admired vintage weaponry, and even stepped inside the famous Princess Diana’s Room, preserved as a symbol of Khyber’s timeless heritage.
As a token of appreciation, certificates were distributed among the team to appreciate their hard-work and dedication throughout the day and ensured excitement for the upcoming event.
The visit beautifully combined service, learning, and cultural appreciation. With warm hospitality, meaningful conversations, and unforgettable moments, the day concluded on a note of pride and gratitude.
