PESHAWAR: A meeting was held between representatives of the Right to Public Services (RTS) Commission and the Director General, Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, to enhance public awareness regarding the mandate and services of the Commission.
During the meeting, it was decided that all District Monitoring Officers (DMOs) of the RTS Commission will be invited to participate in current affairs programs on Pakhtunkhwa Radio to effectively inform citizens about their rights related to public service delivery.
The participants also agreed that the Information and Public Relations Department will record and broadcast a special message from the Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, highlighting the role and importance of the Right to Public Services Commission in improving service delivery and ensuring timely provision of public services across the province.
On the occasion, representatives of the RTS Commission presented the Annual Report of the Commission to the Director General, I&PR Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and briefed him on the Commission’s performance and initiatives aimed at strengthening accountability and public facilitation.
