Students Start-Up Business Summit 2025 Successfully Held at COMSATS Attock

Attock: COMSATS University Islamabad, Attock Campus successfully hosted the Students Start-Up Business Summit 2025 under the theme Shaping the Future of Entrepreneurship. The event showcased student innovation, entrepreneurial talent, and strong university–industry collaboration.

A key highlight of the summit was the official launch of the Students Start-Up Business Center (SSBC), aimed at supporting student startups through mentorship, training, and industry linkages. The summit featured inspiring talks and panel discussions by distinguished leaders from academia, industry, banking, technology, public policy, and entrepreneurship on topics including startups, leadership, AI, fintech, sustainability, and agri-preneurship.

Students actively participated in a business ideas pitching competition, presenting innovative concepts before an expert jury. Startup stalls and prototype displays further enriched the learning and networking experience. The event concluded with the announcement of winners and awards for Best Pitch, Most Innovative Idea, Best Social Impact Startup, and People’s Choice Award, followed by certificate distribution.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Syed Asim Shah, Associate Professor and Incharge SSBC, congratulated all participants and acknowledged the contributions of organizers, mentors, judges, and guest speakers, emphasizing their role in strengthening the student entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The summit reaffirmed COMSATS University Islamabad – Attock Campus’s commitment to fostering innovation, youth entrepreneurship, and industry engagement.
