Women University Swabi organised training workshop for the faculty on professional ethics and working environment with the goal of boosting professional skills and ethical standards among faculty members. The event featured speaker Jawad Amin from Innovation Advisory, who emphasized the importance of ethical behavior, transparency, and modern admin practices in the workplace.

Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Ghazala Yasmeen highlighted the university’s focus on faculty training, citing its impact on teaching standards and instructional effectiveness. She emphasised that a positive working environment and strong ethics are key to building faculty relationships and dedication. She added that professional ethics is not a code it’s a mind set and a promise we make to our students, colleagues and society.

The workshop was interactive, with faculty members sharing experiences and engaging in discussions. Dr. Saniya Zaheer Ali, Director of ORIC, was appreciated for her efforts, and the VC suggested regular seminars like this to keep enhancing teaching quality.
