MARDAN: A meeting on dengue prevention was held under the chairmanship of Assistant Commissioner Takht Bhai, Adnan Mumtaz Khattak. The meeting was attended by Additional Assistant Commissioner Fazal Rehman, Additional Assistant Commissioner Alam Zaib Khan, Tehsil Officer Regulation TMA Takht Bhai Usman Ali Nashad, District Coordinator Health Dr. Rubina Riaz, Assistant Director Local Government Wilayat Shah, and DMS THQ Hospital Dr. Jamshedj Khan.
During the meeting, a comprehensive plan was formulated to raise awareness and implement precautionary measures against dengue.
Later, the Assistant Commissioner, accompanied by relevant officials, inspected Takht Bhai Bazaar, visited tyre shops, and toured the dengue isolation ward at THQ Hospital. He directed all concerned departments to ensure effective measures are taken to prevent the spread of dengue.
