PESHAWAR: Under the She Leads Project, Blue Veins organized an Experience Sharing and Lessons Learned Workshop in Peshawar, bringing together She Leads community women, elected representatives, and male allies from Charsadda, Mansehra, and Lower Dir.
The workshop served as a meaningful platform for participants to reflect on their journeys, share field experiences, and highlight key lessons learned through their active engagement in local governance and leadership roles.
Participants openly discussed challenges, successes, and practical strategies aimed at strengthening women’s participation in decision-making processes at both community and district levels.
The session emphasized the importance of inclusive leadership and collaboration between women leaders and male allies to create more equitable and effective governance systems across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
