Peshawar: A young girl from Peshawar, Arfa Malik, has set an inspiring example by proving that even at a young age, meaningful humanitarian contributions can be made. Arfa Malik, daughter of Saima Mahboob, CEO of e-Smart Business, donated her savings—kept in a piggy bank—to support victims of the devastating earthquake in Turkey three years ago.

At the time, Arfa was a third-grade student. Despite her young age, she not only contributed financially but also wrote a heartfelt letter expressing solidarity with the Turkish people. The letter was later framed and displayed at the Turkish Embassy, and according to sources, it was also conveyed to the President of Turkey, who appreciated the gesture.

Recently, the Turkish Embassy contacted Saima Mahboob and invited Arfa Malik to a Children’s Day ceremony. During the event, Arfa was given special honor, protocol, and recognition, making it a memorable moment for her and her family.

The incident highlights the importance of proper upbringing, showing that children can contribute to humanity in significant ways when guided and encouraged. Arfa Malik’s gesture sends a strong message that the spirit of service brings respect and distinction.

Saima Mahboob expressed her happiness on the occasion, saying that there is no greater pride for a mother than her daughter being recognized for humanitarian service. She prayed that Arfa and all children continue to walk the path of kindness and service, bringing honor to their country and nation.
