Chairman of the Secretariat Coordination Council, Zafar Khan Yousafzai, has said that it is reassuring for the province to have officials who prioritize the issues faced by the public and government employees. Referring to the services of former Chief Secretary Dr. Kazim Niaz and current Chief Secretary Shahab Ali Shah, he said that their efforts for administrative improvement and public welfare are noteworthy.
He stated that former Chief Secretary Dr. Kazim Niaz understood the problems of the public and government employees with seriousness during his tenure. According to him, the welfare-oriented measures taken during difficult times are still remembered today.
Zafar Yousafzai further said that current Chief Secretary Shahab Ali Shah is also working for the improvement of schools, hospitals, roads, and sanitation systems, while practical efforts are underway to resolve the issues faced by government employees.
He expressed hope that these efforts for public service and better governance would continue in the future as well.
