The exhibition was officially inaugurated by Commissioner Peshawar Division Riaz Khan Mehsud. On this occasion, he said that China is emerging as an economic power at the international level, the main reasons for which are political strategy, economic reforms, technological development and excellent measures in global relations.

Commissioner Peshawar said that China achieved victory against Japanese aggression after a long and arduous struggle. On the completion of 80 years of this victory, the Chinese Embassy is organizing photo exhibitions across the country. He said that in 1937, when Japan launched a full-scale attack on China, which is called the “Second Sino-Japanese War”, China resisted fiercely for eight years. The common people, students, farmers, workers all participated in the war of independence, which is why China celebrates the anniversary of its victory with great enthusiasm. Such exhibitions not only raise awareness of the achievements of the People’s Republic of China, but also provide an opportunity to strengthen Pak-China friendship and share in each other’s joys, for which the organizers of China Window undoubtedly deserve congratulations. They expressed the hope that school children will come to see this exhibition in large numbers and gain awareness about this important event.
