Bahr Karam’s Promotion to Grade-21 Hailed as Pride for Sports Directors Nationwide

PESHAWAR: Director Sports, Islamia College Peshawar, Ali Hoti, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Director Sports, University of Peshawar, Bahr Karam, on his promotion to Grade-21, describing it as a significant and proud achievement for the sports fraternity across Pakistan.

In a statement, Ali Hoti said Bahr Karam’s promotion was not only recognition of his hard work, professional competence, extensive experience and outstanding performance, but also a source of happiness, pride and encouragement for sports directors, sports administrators and the wider sports community across the country.

He said Bahr Karam had always performed his professional responsibilities with dedication, discipline and strong administrative skills. His contributions to the promotion of sports, support for athletes, strengthening of sports culture in educational institutions and effective organisation of sporting activities were highly commendable.

Ali Hoti appreciated the Selection Committee, Syndicate and Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Johar of the University of Peshawar for recognising Bahr Karam’s services, capabilities and performance. He termed the decision a welcome and commendable step that highlights the importance of sports within the administrative structure of universities.

He said Bahr Karam’s elevation to Grade-21 demonstrated that professional services, administrative capabilities and years of dedicated work in the sports sector could be recognised at the highest level. He added that the decision would serve as a positive example for other universities and institutions to provide qualified sports professionals with opportunities for career advancement according to their merit and performance.

Ali Hoti said the achievement was also an honour for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as it conveyed a strong message that sports professionals from the province could demonstrate their capabilities and earn recognition at the national level.
