LAHORE: Bank of Khyber (BoK) and Aitchison College have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at supporting deserving students through merit-based scholarships under the Bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
The agreement was signed during a ceremony held at Aitchison College, Lahore, reflecting the shared commitment of both institutions to expanding access to quality education and creating meaningful opportunities for talented youth from underserved communities.
Under the agreement, BoK will sponsor two talented students from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, enabling them to pursue quality education and benefit from the academic environment of one of Pakistan’s most prestigious educational institutions. The initiative seeks to equip students with the knowledge, exposure, and opportunities needed to realize their full potential and contribute positively to society.
The agreement was formally signed by Hassan Raza, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Khyber, and Dr. Syed Muhammad Turab Hussain, Principal of Aitchison College.
Speaking on the occasion, officials highlighted the importance of investing in education as a means of empowering youth and fostering long-term social development. The scholarship program is expected to open new avenues for deserving students and help nurture future leaders from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The initiative underscores Bank of Khyber’s continued commitment to promoting education, youth empowerment, and sustainable community development through impactful CSR programs that create lasting value for future generations.
