PESHAWAR : The Pakistan Culture, Tourism and Arts Organization (PCTO) has appointed renowned literary figure, researcher, intellectual, and author Dr. Shahida Shaheen Sardar as its Literary Advisor. Her appointment is being regarded as a significant step toward strengthening the organization’s literary, cultural, and intellectual initiatives.
Speaking on the occasion, PCTO Chairman Javed Aziz stated that Dr. Shahida Shaheen Sardar’s scholarly, literary, and research contributions are a valuable national asset. He said her appointment would provide fresh direction to the organization’s literary activities, encourage creative excellence, and contribute significantly to the preservation and promotion of Pakistan’s rich literary and cultural heritage, while also enhancing the country’s positive image on the international stage.
He further remarked that Dr. Shahida Shaheen Sardar’s extensive experience, research expertise, and literary insight would further strengthen PCTO’s mission, vision, and literary objectives. Her inclusion, he added, represents an important milestone for the organization, which looks forward to benefiting greatly from her academic and literary guidance.
The Chairman, Executive Council, patrons, and all members of PCTO extended their heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Shahida Shaheen Sardar on assuming this prestigious responsibility and warmly welcomed her to the PCTO family.
