PESHAWAR: Islamia College Peshawar has announced the schedule for sports trials for admissions under the Sports Quota in its four-year BS programmes for the academic session 2026–27.
According to Director Sports Ali Hoti, the men’s trials will begin on July 7 with basketball, football and volleyball, followed by cricket on July 8, athletics, badminton and table tennis on July 9, and lawn tennis, squash and hockey on July 13. Women’s trials for athletics, badminton and table tennis will be held on July 14.
Ali Hoti advised candidates to bring a passport-size photograph with a white background, copies of their Matric and FA/FSc marks sheets, and appropriate sports kits. Applicants for cricket, hockey, squash, lawn tennis and table tennis have also been asked to bring their personal sports equipment.
He urged all candidates to reach their respective venues on time with complete documents, warning that late arrivals or incomplete documentation would not be entertained. The college administration encouraged talented athletes to take advantage of the opportunity to secure admission under the Sports Quota.
