KP Minister reviews Service Delivery Center in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: Provincial Minister for Revenue Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Tariq Mahmood Arian, along with Senior Member Board of Revenue Zahir Shah, visited the Service Delivery Center II on Khyber Road, Peshawar. On the occasion, Deputy Commissioner Peshawar Captain (R) Sanaullah Khan briefed the delegation on the facilities being provided at the center, including various departments, modern service systems, and the provision of multiple government services under one roof for public convenience. The visit was also attended by Member National Assembly Sher Ali Arbab, Deputy Director Database Shafiq Khan, and other relevant departmental officials. The delegation inspected various counters at the Service Delivery Center, reviewing the computerized service system, application registration process, processing methods, and timely delivery of services. Officials also met with staff members of different sections and gathered information regarding service delivery procedures. The Revenue Minister and Senior Member Board of Revenue also interacted with citizens present at the center. They inquired about the facilities being provided, staff behavior, and timely resolution of issues. The citizens expressed satisfaction over the services and appreciated the efforts of the administration. On the occasion, Minister Tariq Mahmood Arian directed that further improvements be ensured in the provision of transparent, efficient, and timely public services, emphasizing the use of all available resources to make the service delivery system more effective and citizen-friendly.
