RAWALPINDI: Federal ministers visited the residence of young Mujahid Irtza Abbas Shaheed, who embraced martyrdom in the fight for truth, and paid heartfelt tribute to his courage and sacrifice.
Federal Minister for Climate Change Mosaddiq Malik and Minister of State for Federal Education and Professional Training Wajiha Qamar were present on the occasion. The delegation expressed solidarity with the bereaved family and saluted the determination and bravery of seven-year-old Irtza Abbas, who was martyred during Indian aggression.
It was highlighted that at the time of Irtza Abbas’s martyrdom, his father, Lieutenant Colonel Zaheer Abbas, was actively engaged in defending the country on the Line of Control. Despite the profound personal loss, he continued to perform his duty with unwavering resolve, giving a strong response to the enemy.

The federal ministers also paid tribute to Lieutenant Colonel Zaheer Abbas for his steadfastness and commitment to national defense.
Federal Minister for Information Ataullah Tarar stated that the martyrdom of young Irtza Abbas stands as a symbol of courage in the fight for truth and has made the entire nation proud. He added that the sacrifices made for the security and stability of Pakistan will always be remembered.
He further said that victory in the war of truth was achieved through the sacrifices of the armed forces and the prayers of the nation, expressing gratitude to Allah Almighty.
Mosaddiq Malik remarked that the eternal sacrifices of martyrs have further strengthened the nation’s morale, while Wajiha Qamar emphasized that the families of martyrs are a symbol of patience and perseverance, and their spirit is deeply appreciated by the nation.
