Dera Ismail Khan: Syed Ashfaq Anwar, Regional Police Officer Dera, hosted a grand farewell Iftar dinner in honor of Sajjad Ahmed Sahibzada, District Police Officer Dera Ismail Khan, upon his transfer from the district.
The ceremony was attended by Dawood Khan, Commissioner Dera Division; Muhammad Abu Bakr, Station Commander; Abdul Nasir Khan, Deputy Commissioner Dera; along with senior police officers, SPs Investigation, CTD officials, Sadar Circle officers, SDPOs, and personnel of security forces.
Participants paid tribute to DPO Sajjad Ahmed Sahibzada for his exemplary leadership, institutional reforms, effective inter-agency coordination, and efforts to maintain high morale within the police force during his tenure. His professional services and commitment to law enforcement were widely appreciated.
Addressing the gathering, Sajjad Ahmed Sahibzada termed his tenure in Dera Ismail Khan Police as a matter of pride. He expressed gratitude for the cooperation, affection, and sincerity extended by the officers and the people of the region, stating that the memories of serving in Dera would always remain close to his heart.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Regional Police Officer Syed Ashfaq Anwar and other distinguished guests presented shields of honor to the outgoing DPO and extended their best wishes for his continued success in future assignments.
