DERA ISMAIL KHAN: On the instructions of District Police Officer Ziauddin Ahmed, SP City Muhammad Noman visited various areas of the city to review security arrangements and assess law and order preparedness.
During the visit, he met deployed police personnel and received briefings from area in-charges regarding security measures. He directed officers to ensure strict security during processions and gatherings, stressing that no vehicles, motorcycles or other objects should be allowed to park near procession routes and Imambargahs.
SP Muhammad Noman also instructed personnel to remain vigilant and alert at all times and to ensure the use of duty jackets and helmets. Later, he visited several internal and external checkpoints to review the overall security situation and operational readiness.
