GUJRANWALA: The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) and GIFT University, Gujranwala, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) under the Global Horizon Initiative (GHI) to strengthen collaboration between academia, entrepreneurship, industry and export markets.
The partnership, launched under Pillar I: The Globalist Scholar, aims to provide students, researchers and young entrepreneurs with practical opportunities through industry engagement, internships, applied research and export-readiness programmes.
Building on GIFT University’s experiential entrepreneurship model, including its Business on Campus initiative, the collaboration will connect academic talent with Gujranwala’s industrial sector and TDAP’s trade promotion and international market network.

TDAP said the Global Horizon Initiative seeks to strengthen Pakistan’s export ecosystem by linking knowledge with enterprise, industry and global markets, encouraging innovation and export-oriented entrepreneurship among young professionals.
