MARDAN: In continuation of its institutional strengthening initiatives, Women University Mardan convened a meeting of the Need Assessment Committee to review and assess faculty positions and the creation of new teaching posts in accordance with the prescribed faculty–students ratio.
Following the earlier committee meeting held for administrative positions, this session focused on addressing the academic staffing requirements of the university. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Razia Sultana, Vice Chancellor, and attended by the Registrar, Mr. Adnan Ahmad, along with all Heads of Departments.
The committee finalized its recommendations, which will be submitted to the University Syndicate for approval and subsequently forwarded to the Higher Education Department for the issuance of the NOC.
This initiative underscores Women University Mardan’s commitment to strengthening its academic framework and ensuring the delivery of quality education.
