KARAK: District Police Officer (DPO) Karak Imran Khan carried out an extensive visit to the remote and sensitive areas of Tehsil Banda Daud Shah, where he inspected Police Station Gurguri, Police Station Terri, Police Station Banda, and other key religious and educational installations to review security arrangements.
During the visit, he also examined the security protocols, entry and exit points, guard deployment, and emergency response mechanisms at the Hindu Samadhi Terri and Cadet College Teri.
The DPO thoroughly checked official records, case properties, and government belongings in the police stations, emphasizing transparency, accuracy, and proper documentation. He held detailed discussions with SHOs and station staff regarding law and order, crime prevention measures, and community policing, in addition to meeting police personnel individually to hear their concerns and assuring them of the department’s commitment to their welfare.
DPO Imran Khan reiterated that serving in challenging terrains is a sacred responsibility and must be performed with honesty, dedication, and professionalism. He also met officials of relevant departments, reviewed the prevailing security situation, and stressed enhanced coordination, directing that any emergency or unusual activity be immediately reported to the local police to ensure timely and effective response.
