MARDAN: The Women University Mardan organized a one-day hands-on workshop for its staff members to enhance the efficient management of administrative tasks.
The workshop was arranged by the Quality Enhancement Cell, Women University Mardan under the guidance of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Razia Sultana. The training session focused on improving administrative efficiency through better strategic planning, financial management, and effective handling of administrative responsibilities.
The initiative aimed to strengthen the professional capacity of staff members and improve institutional management practices, enabling them to perform their duties more effectively in line with modern administrative standards.
University officials highlighted that such training programs play an important role in enhancing organizational performance and promoting a culture of continuous professional development within the institution.
