CHAKDARA: The 125th meeting of the Advanced Studies & Research Board (ASRB) was held in the committee room of the University of Malakand, where research proposals of 24 MPhil and PhD scholars from various teaching departments were discussed and approved.
The meeting was chaired by the Honorable Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Rashid Ahmad, who reviewed the research topics presented by scholars representing different academic disciplines of the university. Members of the board deliberated on the proposed research themes and approved them after detailed discussion.
During the meeting, the Vice Chancellor emphasized the importance of quality research and academic innovation, stating that research plays a vital role in addressing contemporary challenges and contributing to national development.
Prof. Dr. Rashid Ahmad also pledged full support for the promotion and uplift of research activities at the University of Malakand, assuring scholars and faculty members that the university administration will continue to facilitate research initiatives and provide an enabling academic environment.
The ASRB meeting concluded with a renewed commitment to strengthen research culture, academic collaboration, and scholarly excellence at the University of Malakand.
