DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi offered Eid-ul-Adha prayers at Jamia Masjid Muhammadiya in his native village, Kokar. PPP Parliamentary Leader in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Ahmed Kundi and prominent political figure Mubashir Khan Kundi also accompanied him.
Following the Eid prayers, Governor Kundi prayed for Pakistan’s development and stability, as well as lasting peace and prosperity in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
After the prayers, the Governor exchanged Eid greetings with worshippers, met local residents, and inquired about their well-being.
During the Eid holidays, Governor Faisal Karim Kundi continued to receive citizens and visitors at his residence, Kundi Model Farm. People from various walks of life, including political and social personalities, party workers, and community representatives, visited him to extend Eid greetings.
Delegations of Pakistan Peoples Party workers from Dera Ismail Khan, Bannu, Bhakkar, and other districts also met the Governor and discussed a range of public and political issues.
During the meetings, citizens highlighted local challenges and regional concerns. Governor Kundi assured them of his full support and cooperation in addressing their problems and facilitating their resolution.
Citizens and party workers appreciated the Governor’s people-friendly stance on issues such as the closure of gas stations in the province and restrictions on wheat transportation. They acknowledged his efforts in effectively highlighting public concerns and advocating for the rights of the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Speaking on the occasion, Governor Faisal Karim Kundi said that resolving public issues remains his foremost priority. He reiterated his commitment to raising his voice at every available forum to safeguard the rights and interests of the people of the province.
