Pak Army, Students Mark Unity and Success with Enthusiastic Cricket Event in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: A friendly cricket match between Pakistan Army and Islamia College Peshawar was organized as part of the “Struggle for Truth – Victory Celebration 2026” in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The match, played at the ground of Islamia College Peshawar, witnessed great enthusiasm and participation from players and spectators alike. The event aimed to celebrate success in the “Struggle for Truth” while promoting unity, harmony, and solidarity.
After a thrilling contest, Islamia College Peshawar emerged victorious. The local Brigade Commander graced the occasion as the chief guest.
Senior officials from Pakistan Army, Pakistan Air Force, Pakistan Navy, Police, and Civil Administration attended the event in large numbers. Students and teachers also showed keen interest and enjoyed the exciting match.
At the conclusion of the match, prizes were distributed among players for their outstanding performances. The event concluded with students expressing their enthusiasm and appreciation through spirited slogans, celebrating both the victory and the spirit of unity.
