PIC Successfully Concludes National Conference on Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery

PESHAWAR: The two-day national conference on Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery concluded successfully on April 24โ€“25 at the Peshawar Institute of Cardiology.

Renowned cardiac surgeons, cardiologists, and international experts from across the country participated in the conference. Detailed sessions and discussions were held on modern techniques in cardiac surgery.

A key highlight of the conference was live surgical demonstrations, providing participants with practical exposure to advanced surgical techniques.

Speaking on the occasion, Dean and CEO Prof. Dr. Shahkar Ahmad Shah and Associate Dean Dr. Muhammad Tariq stated that the Peshawar Institute of Cardiology will continue to play its role in promoting advanced healthcare facilities and enhancing the professional training of doctors in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through such academic activities.

A large number of young doctors and surgeons attended the conference and benefited greatly from the experience and expertise of senior specialists, which will further strengthen their professional skills.
