Bajaur : Police in Bajaur successfully defused explosive material hidden by miscreants in the Batmalai area of Tehsil Salarzai during a timely operation.
On the directives of District Police Officer Bajaur Muhammad Khalid Khan, the police Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) carried out the operation and safely recovered and defused an anti-personnel mine. According to police officials, the explosive device was neutralized with great professionalism and caution, preventing a possible major tragedy in the area.
DPO Bajaur Muhammad Khalid Khan praised the performance of the BDS team following the successful operation and stated that the police are taking all possible measures to protect the lives and property of the public. He added that indiscriminate actions against elements involved in subversive activities will continue.
